A key path in returning to the Lord is to walk humbly before God. So many times we "show off" Christianity rather than walking discretely and humbly. Many time the reason we do become showy in our faith is due to the fact of pride and insecurity. Intimacy doesn't want to show off a relationship but rather prove itself by being just doing things because we are in love with God.
